Corrections Policy

Survey platforms change their terms often. When our pages fall out of date, we want to hear about it.

How to report an error

Use the contact form and select "Correction". Include the page URL, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and — if you have one — a source such as the provider's terms or help centre page.

What we do with it

  1. We acknowledge correction reports and check the claim against a primary source.
  2. Confirmed factual errors are corrected promptly. If we cannot verify the correct value, we remove the claim rather than replace it with a guess.
  3. Substantive corrections — anything affecting a rating, payout figure, eligibility or conclusion — get a dated correction note on the page.
  4. Minor fixes such as typos, broken links and formatting are made silently.

If you represent a platform we cover

Send the specific inaccuracy and the documentation that supports your version. We will correct genuine errors regardless of whether we have a commercial relationship with you. We will not remove accurate but unflattering information, and a correction request is not an opportunity to review our conclusions before publication.

Unpublishing

Where a page can no longer be verified — for example a platform stops publishing the terms we relied on — we unpublish it rather than leave stale claims live.
